CLASSES

Class Description​

Kids learn the basics of martial arts (punching, kicking, throwing, and grappling)  through traditional exercises and modern games designed to train the mind ,  body, and spirit.  It's  a fun and healthy way for children to spend their structured time that also helps them to develop valuable self-defense skills.

What to wear?

When you come for your free trial class, feel free to wear sweat pants and a tee shirt, or other loose fitting work out clothing.
